Josh Salim has been a youth baseball coach for several years. He has a bachelor’s degree in mass communications with High Honors and a Coaching Minor from Ouachita Baptist University. Josh helped establish and launch Sports Broadcasting Networks and Weekly Sports Shows at Ouachita Baptist University and Oral Roberts University. From 2016-2020, Josh was a middle infielder and utility starter for Ouachita Baptist University. He also served as play-by-play broadcaster and color commentator for more than 400 games across 8 sports and 10 states from 2017-2021. Josh also served as a stats and graphics assistant for several ESPN national and regional games. Josh attended Prestonwood Christian Academy where he won a baseball state championship and was awarded all district honors for 3 years. Josh is also the co-founder of g8way max, a platform that uses artificial intelligence and automated technology to accurately identify correct and incorrect movement patterns in athletes and non-athletes. They use personalized assessments and security grades to pinpoint how likely each individual is for a non-contact injury and enforce correct movement patterns through online training plans so that each individual can perform their best while maximizing their potential for success.
