Bio: Coach Mundt is in his third-year coaching with Knights Knation Baseball. He was a four-year letterman at Northlake Christian for coach Rowland Skinner. Karl helped lead the Wolverines to the state playoffs and claimed All-District 7-1A honors all four seasons as a prep player. For his career, Mundt hit .420 with 14 home runs and a school record 126 RBI. As a senior, he named first-team All-St. Tammany Parish and all-metro after hitting .400 with three home runs and 45 RBI. Karl went on to play at Tulane University under legendary coach Rick Jones. Karl played for the Louisiana Knights in 2007 as an inaugural member of Knights Knation Baseball and knows how special is it is to be a Knight.
