Christian Trent- Operations Coordinator
Christian Trent joined Knights Knation Baseball in the role of Operations Coordinator in August of 2023. He is involved in day-to-day operations with an emphasis on pitching. He will also serve the role of pitching instructor and coach in the fall and summer.
Trent is an alum of Knights Knation and lettered three years at St. Paul High School in Covington, LA before attending Delgado Community College. At Delgado, he posted a 9-2 record with a 2.77 ERA and 73 strikeouts. After Delgado, Christian attended Ole Miss where he would go on to have a great season posting a 9-0 record with a 2.05 ERA as he allowed 28 runs – 25 of them earned – through 110.0 innings of work, Struck out 86 and walked only 20 on the season. In the 2014 Men’s College World Series in Omaha, Christian threw 8.0 scoreless IP with a walk and six strikeouts to help the Rebels stay alive at the CWS with a 2-1 win over Texas Tech.
Christian is currently the pitching coach at Mandeville High School.
