Knights Knation Baseball is pleased to
announce another addition to its exclusive LAK
Summer Baseball Program. Beginning the
summer of 2022, Parkview Baptist High School
will become a LAK member. The Eagles are a
perennial Division II State Title contender,
finishing as State Runner-up in 2021 with a 33-2
record. The Eagles are one of the most
respected baseball programs in Louisiana and will be a great addition to the LAK
Louisiana Program.

Knights Knation President, Jack Cressend, had this to say about the addition
of the Eagles to the LAK Program – “We are thrilled to partner with Coach Hawke,
his staff and the Parkview Baptist baseball program. Our missions perfectly align as
we share the focus of developing young men through the game of baseball and
helping them achieve greatness on and off the field. We are looking forward to a
great relationship for years to come.” Cressend added, “we are very familiar with
Coach Hawke, who has coached in our summer program for the past few years and
know that he will continue to build on the great winning tradition that Parkview has
established.”

When asked about joining the LAK Program, Parkview High School Head
Baseball Coach Phillip Hawke had this to say: “Parkview Baptist is very excited to
partner with Knights Knation baseball and take part in their LAK program. We look
forward to building a relationship focused on giving our players the best experience
possible and helping them achieve their dreams – I have seen first-hand over the
past few summers all of the resources the Knights can offer a player to help them
reach their potential”.

The Knights launched the LAK Summer Program four years ago to partner with
elite Louisiana High School Programs – to bridge the gap between high school and
select baseball. Parkview Baptist will join Barbe, Catholic, Live Oak, Mandeville, Brother
Martin and Hahnville to play its summer baseball under the Knights’
umbrella. The LAK partners will all participate in the highly recruited LAK Classic run
by 2D Sports at the end of June 2022.
